Welcome to SalonQS. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

SalonQS provides a quote and booking management system for nail salons, delivered via Google Sheets. Our service includes setting up your personalized sheet, providing a license key, and ongoing access based on your subscription plan.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly via GCash, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by not renewing.
• Yearly subscriptions run for the full 12-month period.
• Promotional discounts (e.g., from Spin & Save) apply only to the first 12 months.

3. Quote & Usage Limits

Each plan includes a set number of quotes per month. If you exceed your limit, you may purchase top-up credits. Unused quotes do not roll over to the next month.

4. Your Data

All salon data you enter (client names, prices, quotes, revenue) is stored in your personal Google Sheet. SalonQS does not access, view, or share your data. You own your data completely.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your SalonQS license key
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the SalonQS system
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Google Sheets availability is subject to Google's own terms and uptime.

7. Limitation of Liability

SalonQS is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use or inability to use our service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data remains in your Google Sheet — we do not delete it.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
